The costs of Selling your property

With our transparent and practical approach we will outline to you the full range of costs that you will incur as you commence the Sales process so you can accurately manage your budget and be informed.

These fees will or may include:
  • Agency fees which will be indicated in your Agency Agreement
  • Legal Fees for the creation of contracts by a Solicitor or Conveyancer that you choose to work with
  • Building and pest inspection reports, to ensure your home is being presented free of any issues
  • A professional property valuation
  • Cosmetic repairs prior to advertising which might be minor or major depending on the level of repairs and maintenance required
  • Professional Photography to show your home in the best possible light
  • Refinancing or switching to a new home loan or mortgage fees may be required which will depend on increases or decreases in your home's value
  • Existing Strata fees, land tax and council rates that apply to your property will be required to be paid until the date of settlement
  • If you have chosen to sell your property at auction, auctioneer's fees may not be included in the Agency agreement.
  • The costs of moving from your property.

We will ensure that your property presents itself to the Market in the best way possible and will assist and guide you if updates, trade repairs or removing and de-cluttering is required for your properties best possible presentation.

If your property needs a fresh approach we can organize a restyling consultant to breathe new life into your property for a partial or full restyle if required.

We will assist you in deciding the best way forward in designing the campaign to market your property , a realistic budget and the time frame to do so.

Your agent will be personally present at every open house and private buyer inspection and will provide immediate reporting and feedback back to you.

This will ensure that we are on the right track and will allow us to make adjustments to suit the market climate if required.

On your behalf we will send out contracts to interested buyers, liaise with all interested parties such as financial institutions, building inspectors, trades people, solicitors and conveyancers.

If your chosen method of sale is to sell at auction, we will run your Auction Sale event and negotiate with buyers and work the auction environment to achieve the highest possible price for the sale of your property.
